Welcome to MemoHub! By using MemoHub, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• By accessing or using MemoHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

2. User Accounts

• Users must create an account to use MemoHub. You can register with an email and password or sign up using third-party services such as Google, X, or Twitter.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

• MemoHub is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the App

MemoHub is designed for managing and sharing collections. By using the app, you agree to:

• Use it responsibly and only for its intended purpose.

• Avoid distributing harmful content, such as malware or spam.

• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, or international law.

• Refrain from reverse-engineer, decomposing, or attempting to extract the app’s source code.

• Respect other users and refrain from harassment, abusive behavior, or sharing inappropriate content.

4. Shared Content and Groups

• MemoHub allows users to create groups and share items within the group. By uploading items to a group, you acknowledge that they are no longer private and can be accessed by all group members.

• You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your shared content within the app.

• MemoHub is not responsible for how other users in the group interact with shared content.

5. Location Data

• MemoHub may access your current location to check if any of your items match your location. However, your location data will not be stored in our database. Location access can be disabled in the app’s settings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• MemoHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

• MemoHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted in the app, and we may notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of MemoHub constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination of Account

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time, with or without notice.

• If MemoHub ceases operation or is removed from app stores, your accounts and associated data may be permanently deleted.

• Upon account termination, users will lose access to their data and content.

10. Intellectual Property

• MemoHub and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of the MemoHub development team.

• Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, or creating derivative works of the app without explicit written permission.
